00 Well I'm an American citizen born in Taiwan, currently living in Beijing, China. I think the Chinese government only allows 16 foreign movies to be played at their theaters each year, which should show you how...crappy things are here. But, most of the pirated versions' quality is just as good as a real DVD, especially if you know where to go. 02

0 I've not watched the movie yet,but a friend of mine,who saw it,told me that it's not a good movie,not as the comic!He said it's almost totally different!So I don't know if it's better to go to the cinema to watch it or wait for the dvd..any suggestion?! [:^)] 0-

I saw the movie last weekend. Reading your post made me want to see it more. Yes, it was good indeed. There were only 6 or 7 people at the auditorium so they didn't even bother turning those small lights on. So it was really dark in there, which makes the movie even more impressive.

Yeah, you're right with this thing of the lights. And Natalie is for sure a very good actress... but I don't know if Hugo is a good one... We didn't see his face during the whole movie, so I don't know what facial expressions he would normally use!
