For a notice placed at a vacation rental, could you please check if the following sounds formal and natural?

Please be advised that our utility charges will be revised on April 1.
We have not changed the rates for the past ten years since March 2004. However, along with several times of increases in cost of public utilities in the past, we have decided to revise a part of the price structure. Currently, different rates apply depending the length of contracts (Weekly or Monthly). The same rate will apply to stays on both Weekly and Monthly contracts.
