I have made up the sentences below.
(1a) I usually work on Tuesdays.
(1b) I usually work every Tuesday.
(2a) I always work on Tuesdays.
(2b) I always work every Tuesday.
Some of my non-native English speaking friends think only (1a) is correct.
I don't understand why the other three sentences are wrong.
May I ask two questions?
(A) Why are the last three sentences awkward?
(B) What is the difference between "Tuesdays" and "every Tuesday"?
Thank you for answering my questions. I really appreciate your help.
