(1) We go there every weekend.
(2) We usually go there on the weekend.
(3) We usually go there every weekend.
My non-native English speaking friends think (1) is good, and (2) is also good because "usually" means most of the time. But, (3) is wrong because if you do something most of the time (=usually), that cannot be "every", which means "always". Their explanations sound OK to me.
Because we are not native speakers, we are not about the correct grammar. What is your opinion?
Thanks a lot.

Note, however, that even native speakers say crazy things. It's amazing how often you'll hear something like We usually always do that on the weekend.
