Can you please check if I have used "whom" correctly in these sentences?

1. Cecily told her friend, "He's not whom I should be with."

2. A hand came from behind me to straighten the book on the shelf, and I turned to see whom they belonged to.

3. His sister deserved a better person as a boyfriend, someone whom their siblings wouldn't make fun of.

4. Sarah wasn't much interested in the location of her best friend's date, but she was curious whom it was with.

You have used "whom" correctly.

However, note that in modern English we almost never use "whom" in conversation unless it is after a preposition (with whom, for whom, etc.). We substitute "who" or, in some cases, drop "whom" completely.

Realistically, these would be said thus:

... not who I should be with.
... to see who it belonged to.
... someone her siblings wouldn't make fun of.
... was curious who it was with.

1. incorrect,, whom is objective and in this case it is subjective.

2.incorrect in oh so many ways, whom they should be to whom it belonged.

3. again, who is a subject

4. this is quirky and awkward, I would just rewrite it as but rather who he was or some way to get rid of the with at the end.
