Using "we,they,I" with relative clause

Thank you very much for these important informations. As far as i understand,

My verb+ing = That I verb connected to the time.(V2, V3, V1 anyway)

For example;

My studying math carefully is making my mother so happy.

That I am studying math carefully is ..same

Or

Your representing yourself on the job interview was excellent! You got the job because of it.

That you represented yourself...

Does this way work everytime?
