1.If I want to ask some questions I usually should use present verb ?
If I want to learn language, so I go academy then, "What do I learn? " not " what will I learn ?" (someone says using present verb but ,I don't know why....)
2.where I listen to radio , people speak their opinions using present verb like " I think listening to classic makes better parents "
My question is why use simple present? ?Even It's not recurring thing and things in general.

'What do I learn?' sounds unnatural to me. You should use 'What will I learn?' if you are not actually learning things at the moment; if you are in the process of learning you would use 'What am I learning?' and if you have completed some studies you would ask 'What have I learned?'

Then , If I represent my opinion I could present verb is natural right?( Even though my opinion is true or not )
