Yes. It has two different definitions of then.

See you at that time in that case.

yeah I agree with Clive it is not unusual if you are a clingy person who is afraid of being left alone/or abandoned by the friend you are speaking to. Just joking, there is nothing wrong with emphasizing "then"

I often find myself saying exactly that sentence to girls, I brought alot of nice things for and worried she won't want to see me again.
