using the verb tenses and modal verbs in different forms with a verb structure

Can I use different tenses, different form of sentences and modal verbs in different forms with different structures of a verb.

For example, the verb tell can be followed by noun/pronoun and infinitive,wh words and that clause.

Can I say

1 You have told my friend to buy some cheese.

2 You have told my friend that there is some cheese in the fridge.

3 You have told my friend where the cheese is.

4 Have you told my friend to buy some cheese.

5 Have you told my friend that there is some cheese in the fridge.

6 Have you told my friend where the cheese is.
