Using the name of a movie for a business name (Baliniris)

If I use the name of a movie for a business name, can I do so without legal repercussions? And, if so, should I be using quotation marks?

If the film was american you can probably find out if it's 'trademarked' at the following link.

http://www.uspto.gov/main/trademarks.htm

Then you should check if the business is available in your country, with the relevant authorities.
