Using the adverb "too"

Hi. Let's say there was a class assignment where students had to write about something and include some pictures if necessary. Now can this be a teacher's comment, although it's very short? Thank you in advance for your help.

Thank you again. Can this be correct, too? I think the phrase "Good pictures" with a period at the end can be seen as having the present tense as "Those are good pictures" or "You draw good pictures" instead of "Those were good pictures" or "You drew good pictures." And writing "Those are good pictures. It was good writing" (as they are in two different tenses) does look awkward to me. Thank you a
