Using "the"

Hi,

If I write the following sentences.

1. I studies at the University of Toronto.

2. I studies at Boston University.

Are these two sentences correct?

If yes, why do we have "the" for University of Toronto? What make the differences for using "the"?

Thanks!

By the way, it's "I study", never "I studies".
