Using she is and not is she in a question

hi, i would like to ask. is it wrong to use she is instead of is she in a question? here’s the case

i know that actress Imelda is playing a role in a new movie, then one of my friend say that imelda is the same person who played Dolores in harpot movie. since then i know they’re the same person but didn’t notice the resemblance before. then i’m questioning myself like this

“eh? she is the same person??” is it wrong? my purpose by saying that is, now i know both are the same person but i just can’t accept it yet so i was making sure of myself abt the knowledge i just received.

thx for the answer
