Using second after a last name
If my name was Frank Smith, Second how would I write it with the last name first.
Would it be Smith, Frank Second or Smith Second, Frank

I'd just like to comment that, in my experience, this use of 'Sr, Jr, I, II, III' is pretty much a feature only of American society.
