Using requires or require???

When using the word "require", which is correct in the following question?

Reaching today’s online consumers ( require or requires ) both technical skills and marketing experience.

Seems simple but I can't find a good answer as to when to use "require" as a plural or not.

Thanks. I agree with 'requires'. Proves what I always say, when in doubt - go with common sense.
