Using "priority"

Hi all, If I need someone to take care of something before everything else, can I say:

Please handle this request on priority.
Please handle this request on a priority basis.
Please handle this request as priority.
Please handle this request with priority.

Which is correct/more natural? If 2 or more are acceptable, are there differences in their meanings? Thanks.

The only one of those that I would accept is the second. However, "on a priority basis" seems a little bit jargony, and I think I prefer just this: Please handle this request as a priority. Or of course you can say: Please give this request priority.
