Using Prepositions

Question 1) It was me who wrote the last comment in your profile.
or
It was I who wrote the last comment in your profile.

Question 2) And what preposition should I use with "profile"? "In my profile" or "on my profile". In my view we use "on" for all the information on the Internet.

Question 3) If there is an internet problem what should I say?

'Me' is not the object of anything in that sentence. That is why purists would insist on 'I'., though manyt native speakers would say 'me'.

You are absolutely correct. Native speakers tend to over generalise from the correct "It was me" to the technically incorrect "It was me who ..."
