Hello! I'm new here.

I'm a little confused with using "please". Can I use "please" in these answeres?

1. Can I use your phone? - Yes, please.
2. Would you like some tea? - Yes, please.

Please is used when you are asking for something. Would you like some tea? - Yes please (you want tea). Can I use your phone please? or Please can I use your phone? (you want to use the phone). If someone is asking you for something don't say please unless you would like to tell them that they are making you happy by doing it.
