Using passive tense correctly.

I have some issues with this sentence

"By sponsoring this event your organization will benefit by receiving exposure to a target group of individuals in various fields of study and disciplines."

I feel this sentence is incorrect.Is it more correct to write like this?

"By sponsoring this event your organization will be benefited by receiving exposure to a target group of individuals in various fields of study and disciplines."

or

"Sponsoring this event will benefit your organization by receiving exposure to a target group of individuals in various fields of study and disciplines."
