Using "one" to refer to unountable noun.

Hello,

Can you use "one" to refer to uncountable nouns?

For example,

I like blue fish more than red one.

I like california rice more than japanese one.

No, you cannot.I like the blue fish more than the red one. (Or if "fish" is plural in your context: "I like blue fish more than the red ones.") "I like California rice more than the Japanese kind." (or you can re-state the noun: I like California rice more than Japanese rice.)
