Hello. Sidath—and welcome to English Forums. First, let me simply explain that the difference between been and being is the same as the difference between these pairs of verb forms: gone / going eaten / eating played /playing Does that help?

@ Mister Micawber,

Hi, Many thanks. It gave me slight idea. I have noticed that the word "been" is always using after has/have. Is it compulsory to use like that ? Can you give some examples ? Sorry if my question looks silly.

That is where the past participle usually appears, yes—as a part of the present perfect or past perfect verb forms:

I have been ill.
He has gone home.
They had not eaten sushi before.
