Using of apostrophe

Dear Sir/Madam
I have doubt that following sentence is grammatically correct .if not please guide..

Please generate Purchase Requisition ( PR )for the new laptops from respective Head of Departments HODs, after due approval from Unit Head.

Is it correct to use HODs ? and the remaining sentense .
pls guide ..
