My teacher gave us a homework and it was " what is the difference between Architectural theory and Theory of architecture ?" there is no scientific deference so i think it's in meaning .

Presumably, 'architectural theory' could be a theory about something based on architectural principles, as in the architectural theory of organizations, while a 'theory of architecture' must be about architecture itself; otherwise, as Clive says, they would be synonymous.
