Using "my" once or three times in [my grandparents, my nephew and my cousin]

(1) I live with my grandparents, my nephew and my cousin.

(2) I live with my grandparents, nephew and cousin.

I am not sure which sentence is correct. Please help me. Thank you.

Both are correct. Personally, I would use the first one, especially in writing. I might use the second one in conversation.
