Using MS Word, MS Word projects

Hi,

Question:
How can I write sentence A and B into 1 sentence?

SentenceA: I used MS Word to complete some projects.
SentenceB: I obtained excellent results for some projects, eg, A, B and C.

Sentence1:
I obtained excellent results for some projects using MS Word, eg, project A, project B and project C.
Sentence2:
I obtained excellent results for some projects, using MS Word, eg, project A, project B and project C.
Sentence3:
I obtained excellent results for some MS Word projects, eg, project A, project B and project C.

Note that:
MS Word projects may be misleading. People may think my project improved MS Word.
If possible, please leave "I" at the being.
