Using it,that,them at the end of sentence

"We are not interested in anything that involves crime, illegal use of drugs, and anything what is illegal. Don't contact me about it/them,that."

Hi I would use 'or' rather than 'and' and the word after the second 'anything' needs to 'that' too. I don't have a strong feeling about the last word - any of the options would in fact work. Maybe ...

But isn't a plural form of "it" is "them" or "they". So in my sentence, shouldn't it be "them" at the beginning, because I mentioned more than 1 thing in my first sentence.
