Using Interview and Interviewing

Hello,

Should I use "impersonal interviewing style" or "impersonal interview style"?

I've seen both and they both make sense to me.
Thank you,
Keith

So if I don't want to use "impersonal", then will "interview style" be right?
Thank you.

"Interview" can be a verb or noun.
In the cases of verb, the present participle is commonly used as an noun modifier (adjective). So the form "interviewing" seems much more fitting as a noun modifier that then noun adjunct "interview."
