Using ing form in imperative ?? i.e. leaving! - moving on!

sometimes I hear in American series using ing form in imperative

as saying to someone: leaving!!
or : moving on!

istead of leave and move on

are they correct ?

To decide if "Leaving!" or "Moving on!" are truly being used as imperatives, I'd have to see the exchange for myself. It may be possible, but it doesn't sound very believable.

In Gossip Girl series, Blair asks Chuck to get out of the room by saying: " Leaving! "

It may be some sort of slang that the young people are using now. It's not standard English.
