Hi,

Am I using the words "dispense" & "arrogate" correctly in the following sentence?

"When victims are dispensing their rights to have justice, which are denied by their Lords, God’s right to exact vengeance is arrogated."

Explanation: when those who seek justice is disappointed by the judicial, at some points they can take the law into their own hands in the form of revenge.
