Using different tenses in a sentence

Hi,

I am not sure about the use of tenses in the following first sentence. #2 and 3 are other alternatives I could come up with. I am trying to say that, in April, when the new tenant occupies the store, the revenue margin will increase.

Which one of these sentences sounds better?

  1. The drop in the revenue margin will be partially offset in April, as the new tenant moves into the store.
  2. The drop in the revenue margin will be partially offset in April when the new tenant moves into the store.
  3. The drop in the revenue margin will be partially offset in April, when the new tenant will move into the store.
Thanks,

MG.

#2 is the best - the action in present tense is understood to be concurrent with the adverb "when.". #3 is OK.

AlpheccaStars,

Thanks. I thought 'as' in #1, also does the same thing as 'when'.
The use of 'as' sounds odd to you?
