Grammar

using conjunctives

Here is my sentence as currently written:

Built into Curwin and Mendler’s seven principles for their model are the thoughts, beliefs, and practical applications for which teachers are responsible for maintaining and implementing.

What I'm trying to get across is thoughts and beliefs are to be maintained and applications to be implemented. But, I'm not sure what of the best way for conveying this idea.

I also thought of expressing it in these ways:

Built into Curwin and Mendler’s seven principles for their model are the thoughts and beliefs, and practical applications for which teachers are responsible for maintaining and implementing.

Built into Curwin and Mendler’s seven principles for their model are the thoughts and beliefs, as well as practical applications for which teachers are responsible for maintaining and implementing.

I'm not sure which of these if any are grammatically correct, and which best get across what I'm trying to say.
