Using commas in a sentence correctly

Hi, I am a bit confused on how to properly use commas in a sentence.

For example:

Digital mammography has relatively high detection rates, due to electronic image manipulation, and magnification, to assess the breast (Porter).

Would these commas be placed here to be grammatically correct?

Thanks!
