Essay & Composition Writing

Using comma after oh, capitalization of oh in the middle of a sentence

I have the following verse from a poem I am writing:

One by one, Oh, Blessed!

and I began to question these two things:
1. Is the comma necessary after the word Oh?
2. Should the Oh be capitalized?

any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I think you should do this with the vocative: One by one, O Blessed!

Thank you, Mister Micawber. I will definitely follow your advice as I realize that this is the most appropriate course to take. It so happens that this (verse) is a translation from Spanish. You have been most helpful!
