Is it ok to use but rather in the same sentence?
scuh as in the example below:
The PMO role is not the daily execution and rollout of the individual subprojects, but rather providing the governance framework which improves the execution capabilities to ensure effective and timely execution within accepted Industry quality standards.
or it should be :
