Do the following sentences have different meanings? Which would you use?

Adam would finish his homework as quickly as John would finish his home work.

Adam would finish his homework as quickly as John would finish his.

Adam would finish his homework as quickly as John would his.

I'm sorry to bother you like that with this, but I also need to ask a couple more questions:

Are there any differences in meaning between the following? they're both correct and can be used interchangeably, right?

Do as I told you.
Do as what I told you.

Now I know it's the first one that's usually used, but isn't it just a short for the second?
