Using 'another' for a recurring object/event

In the scenario where you had a recurring newsletter, event or TV series (e.g. a daily newspaper or a weekly/monthly report on the mortgage sector) how would you define the next iteration of the event, activity or issue.

We agree that “another” is perfect use when used in the abstract context – e.g. “yet another newspaper” or “another cup/plate” and so forth. However, where there is a specific context and the entity/object/event is cyclical in nature, does the word “another” apply?

For example does a recurring weekly status meeting predicate that each meeting is “another status meeting” or should “another” only be used if another new recurring status meeting was created.

From a definitional point of view, we are using the definition from Google: “Used to refer to an additional person or thing of the same type as one already mentioned or known about; one more; a further”
