Using an adverb as a modificator of an adjective

Hello,

Can I use an adverb as an adjective modificator? For instance, can I describe
a person who is not very friendly as "a moderately friendly person"? Or must
I expand it to something like "a person of moderate friendliness"?

Thanks in advance.

You can also use adverbs to modify other adverbs. For example:

- That can be done extremely easily.
- She finished the test fairly quickly.
- He approached the problem slightly differently.

And don't forget that not all adverbs end with -LY:

- He speaks French incredibly well.
- He drives quite carefully.
