This one seems to talking about a process whereby ideas are "remodeled" using the bits and pieces of the original idea itself. All that talk about a house and the stones it's made of is metaphoric. This "remodeling" is most likely a way of looking at "deconstruction", a concept Derrida (1930 - 2004) is famous for. The problem is that he says that anyone who attempts to define "deconstruction" is missing the point.

Points a. and b. are reminiscent of ideas like a. changing the system from the inside and b. changing the system from the outside.
