Using "?" after question with a comment

Hello. Do we need to use a question mark when we have a comment at the end of our question?

For example;
Don't you think that this question is too lengthy for GMAT or GRE - we need to use quadratic equation in the end?

I wouldn't put a comment at the end. My suggestion: Don't you think that this question is too lengthy for GMAT or GRE? Should we use quadratic equation in/at the end?

Cool BreezetThis is easier. In the end usually means "finally, eventually, after all": He became happy in the end.
At the end very often occurs with of: Nothing happened at the end of the month. There is a park at the end of the street.
Thanks. Great Help.
