Using Active and Activated

Please let me know which one is correct in below

1. Some plans are automatically activated in my account.
or
2. Some plans are automatically active in my account.

and also which one is corrent in the below sentences

1. Plans should be activated manually in my account.
or
2. Plans should be active manually in my account.
