Using a transportation vehicle and leaving it.

how can i say my intention to use a transportation vehicle and leaving it to my friend, such as a bus, taxi or etc. when we together and need it.
for example let's get that bus or tax,i or how?
and when i want to leave it, can i say let's get out of it or how?..
