Using a quote in a title

I am writing a paper on a shakespeare play and would like to use "Hath not a Jew eyes?" in my title. I'm not sure how to go about doing this. Should a capitalize the letters? should I put them in quotes? I also want to use a colon and write some information after the quote, if this is allowed.
