Please tell me if it was ok to use an instead of a Anthony is an immature loser who can't even stay out of my hallway never mind anywhere else.

Usually, we don't use an article with a person's name.

I agree that "an Anthony" is better than "a Anthony" but if you just want to say that Anthony is an immature loser (hardly a nice thing to say, by the way), you don't use an article.
