Using a name in a sentance

Hi, I'm designing a user interface and was wondering which one of these would be right:
  • Welcome back, Charles, you last visited around 3 days ago.
  • Welcome back Charles, you last visited around 3 days ago.
  • Welcome back, Charles. You last visited around 3 days ago.
Or some variation.

Many thanks,
Seith

Hi,

I'm designing a user interface and was wondering which one of these would be right:

  • Welcome back, Charles, you last visited around 3 days ago.
  • Welcome back Charles, you last visited around 3 days ago.
  • Welcome back, Charles. You last visited around 3 days ago.

  • Or some variation. Not #2. I prefer #3. Except my name isn't Charles.
