Please is the following structure of a title correct?

In other words, can a gerund be placed next to a noun in a title?

  • If you are thinking in terms of a newspaper headline, leave out the initial "The" in your example: Internet Redefining Foreign Language Learning As a true title, though, of a book or article, I would not use that.

If you are thinking in terms of a newspaper headline, leave out the initial "The" in your example:
