Uses of would have apart from conditional sentence?

Can anyone help me on this? Kindly explain with examples.What is the meaning of 'would have' when it comes as reported speech of will have?

I'm not sure I understand your question. But in reported speech "will" is changed to "would":

He said: "I will do it." (Future Simple) --> He said (that) he would do it.
