Uses of prepositions IN and AT?

Hello!

I am writing a letter of application for a job but I don’t know in the following sentences which is the right preposition – in or at:

“I am writing to apply for the job of … in / at your company, which you advertised in...”

“I am interested in the position which you offer in / at your company, because…”

Can you tell me which the right preposition in these cases is? And is it possible to give me a little bit more information about when to use in and when at? Are there some rules which could help me when I am wondering which preposition to put?

I would be glad if you could help me!

Thanks!

Thank you for the answer, but what about 'in' and 'at'? Is it possible to use them as well?
