Uses of "Hope" and "Wish"

Good evening. I'm writing because I have a question which I couldn't find on the web. So, I don't know how to use "Hope" And "Wish" But also I don't know if the clause "That" is necessary of whether it is ungrammatical . So, I hope you answered me.
