Uses of helping verbs "be", "to be", "been"

can anyone help explaining to me the uses of these helping verbs "be", "been" and "to be"

so far, i have tried looking for their uses, but i don't understand it when they use;

Eg: she is beautiful or she is walking fast

and uses that as an example of how be or to be is used in English grammar
