Should it be:

Cleaner uses of water and alcohol. Or

Cleaner use of water and alcohol.

Shouldn't it be use because it's descibing both water and alcohol?

So, for this sentence:

I thought since we're talking about two things it should be "use"? What if there's only one subject.

Nvm. The nouns are uncountable therefore they're always singular...
